Every now and again

Good morning and welcome to another stumbling of thoughts that come from the psyche of sbh.

This one took me a bit of time to write this as I’ve had some feelings.

It’s about that Chaotic Nightclub Photos Twitter thing that’s landed recently to much acclaim, everyone seems to be raving about it. Obvs clubphotography is my thing so this is of interest, especially when it permeates popular culture as I’m fascinated to see why one takes off and one doesn’t…especially as no one has really taken to sbh, possibly it’s the name or the vibe if you will.

But it seems that people do want to look at club pictures but only if they are laughing at someone not to appreciate the images (something not many people did with mine either!) If you haven’t seen it or know about then have a look at the excellent article by whitepupe here.

Now I have a problem with it and can’t quite place my finger on why that is…

I will have a think and maybe talk about it in another blog…

To the image and here’s one from the recent-ish archive that’s not the seen the light of day for a while, it’s from Guilty Pleasures at the Deaf Institute from 2010…
